A postpartum doula is present to support your new family in whatever way you may need.  

Things a Postpartum Doula May Do:

• Provide information, emotional support, and physical help those first few months postpartum

• General newborn care and education

• Lactation support/Feeding support

• Running errands

• Household organization

• Meal Prep/Planning with experience & passion for Postpartum nutrition & healing

• Help navigating parenting styles, carriers, newborn care, and sleeping arrangements

• Respite and Care for the whole family!

• OVERNIGHTS are available on occasion

Rates:

$35 per hour daytime
$40 per hour overnight

*Packages available for clients who are interested in bundling services
